About the Job
We are looking for a highly motivated NPI Engineer with a strong background in New Product Introduction processes, experience in electro-mechanical product manufacturing, and a hands-on approach to leading tasks E2E.

Responsibilities

  • NPI Process Ownership – Lead the transfer-to-production process for new products, including setting up NPI production lines at supplier sites.
  • Manufacturing Excellence – Drive contract manufacturers to improve quality management, optimize manufacturing processes for cost-effectiveness, and adopt a high-volume manufacturing mindset.
  • NPI Planning & Execution – Develop and implement NPI plans, including risk assessments, process development, and production ramp-up strategies to ensure on-time launches.
  • Prototype & Pilot Production – Lead production prototypes and zero-series builds, including training production teams, investigating failures, and managing cross-functional interfaces.
  • Configuration Management – Oversee ECOs, production files, and configuration control to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in NPI and manufacturing, preferably in the defense industry.
  • Strong expertise in PCBA manufacturing, SMT processes, mechanical assembly, and testing.
  • Hands-on experience with BOM management, Change Control Management, and Product Configuration.
  • Familiarity with PLM, ERP and CAD software.
  • Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deep dive into details to lead projects E2E.
  • Strong multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects in parallel.
  • Experience in satellite communication systems, particularly in Ku/Ka bands, is a significant advantage.
  • Experience leading production with overseas contract manufacturers. Frequent international travel is a mandatory.
  • Start Up culture oriented – Must.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
